Spyware had been targeting Vietnamese state agency websites for the
past year, but the country did not have the cybersecurity experts to
cope with the attacks.
The Bkav Internet Security Corporation will hold a White Hat conference
for computer hackers, who use their skills to improve security, on
October 29 at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Ha Noi City.
